I have participated in training in Gottman Level 3 and am currently on the certification track.

I provide premarital and couples therapy for the purpose of improving conflict management and building a stronger bond between partners. I specialize in working with couples whom are motivated to improve their connection in their relationship and learn healthy ways of communicating with each other.

Beginning Therapy:

The initial sessions include the Gottman Assessment and individual and couples interviews to gather information on relationship history and communication patterns for treatment planning.

*Please note that I do not provide marital therapy in domestic violence situations or in situations where discernment counseling is recommended. In these situations a referral will be provided to the couple.

Fees: 

$145/hour session

$200/90 minute session

*not covered under insurance
